Team Biographies Nina Heyes
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 18 years. My clients' and participants'
goals have ranged from better overall
health and disease prevention to weight
loss to sports specific improvement.
I believe that success can only be
achieved in a nurturing, accepting
environment with people who listen
and share the goals and needs of the
person they are working with. No two
people are alike - no two programs
should be alike. It is my pleasure and
honour to help others reach their
best potential.

Dominic Bergeron
For most of my life I have enjoyed being active through sports, recreational outdoor activities, and weight lifting. I have always enjoyed competing and pushing everything I have
attempted. This attitude has helped me with jobs, relationships, and of course when trying new sports and / or hobbies.
I have competed in soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field (long, triple, and high jumps, 4 X 100m relay, and javelin). Was assistant coach for the men's varsity volleyball team at Cambrian College in the OCAA.
I also enjoy mountain biking, wake surfing, snowboarding, skiing hiking, running, weight training, and sport specific training. By keeping my body strong, flexible, and with a balanced nutrition, I'm still able to keep up with the twenty somethings in whatever I attempt. I can help you with your fitness goals weither you need to lose weight, get stronger, build endurance, increase your agility, speed, vertical jump, or sport specific training. I've helped people improve their golf game, equestrian performance, become a better baskeball player, pass a military hell week, or just make everyday life activities easier. And plus, I've been told I'm fun to be around lol.
Certifications:
Advanced diploma in physical fitness management at Cambrian College, Sudbury, Ontario
Power Ball, Power Band, Power Free Weights and Power Slim certified through Good Life Fitness
Canadian Fitness Appraiser
First Aid and CPR certified
