Class schedule will be updated daily - please check back to see changes...we reserve the right to alter schedule due to instructor availability.  Please tell us how we can serve you better or if there is a particular class/day/time you would like.
 
Note:  Monday nights - Sculpt changes to 5:30pm and Cycle changes to 6:45pm effective immediately.  Zumba is canceled until Fall.

Please Note…
-Classes are available on a first come, first served basis, unless noted with a (*).  Classes with a (*) require a phone in reservation up to one week in advance.  Please call if you cannot attend a class for which you have reserved a spot.
-Minimum size for classes is 3 people.  Classes will not proceed if minimum numbers are not met.
-Not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please do not bring valuables to the studio.
-Please advise instructor if you are new or if you have any questions or concerns.
-Proper footwear must be worn in the studio.  No outside shoes please.
-For the safety and enjoyment of your fellow participants, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time.
